PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!
My second review on hellopeter as this is the only way I am getting a response from you people. I am beyond fedup with your pathetic service! I have cancelled my Credit Application and opening of an account with you in June, which was for R500 000. You can explain to your rep in CPT why.
I have lost 2 huge tenders becuase of your incompetance!!! I am consulting with our legal team with regards to the losses we incurred because of your poor service.
My parcel arrived in Johannesburg on the 5th of June. And since then you have not made any efforts to contact me. We paid the invoice and paperwork was sorted ages ago. But no reponse. When I send emails, no one reponds, yet I get read reports from all of you.
I have made contact with all of these people and no reponses
