Pathetic non-express courier service

My parcel was shipped on 10 March 2015 from Estonia in Europe to South Africa with TNT. I payed Euro 124 for express delivery. The parcel arrived at OR Tambo on 12 March 2015 and cleared from customs at 11h29. The proof of payment of the EFT for VAT and admin costs was received by Pule Mo***eng on 12 March at 13h57. I received an e-mail at 14h21 in which he stated: \Parcel will be delivered tomorrow
