Pathetic is an understatement!!!!!

I am amazed that TNT is still open for business? *********** to say the least. They have zero communication s****s and there is no express option in any of their daily tasks! They sit around doing nothing but expect payment and charge an astronomical admin fee, yet no service or admin is being done!! I had to pay a incorrect invoice just to get it released was promised a refund and obviously my parcel delivered. Till date NOT one promis has been ticked and DONE! Most pathetic company I have ever come across! Where is MY PARCEL and my refund you dip ****s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
