Pathetic Customer Service
<p>Your customer service is pathetic to say the least. We have waited l...onger for our parcel to clear than it took for the pickup and shipping from the USA to South Africa. This is after we had to inform you that the incorrect HS code was used and we were incorrectly charged duties on a duty free item. Furthermore, we are unable to contact anybody at the local customer services office to assist us in understanding why on earth such an ******ionate ROE has been charged on the VAT portion of the bill. We have phoned several times, sent various emails and left messages. I am truly shocked and disgusted at the service we received for $40!</p>
