Pathetic company with terrible staff.

A return was booked via Loot on Friday 10th January. On the 13th FedEx driver called me to advise that he won't make it to collect and that he will come Monday morning 14th Jan. It is now 6PM and he never showed. I am currently on hold by your contact centre who probably put me on hold so that she can leave. I called 17:45 and been on hold for 10 minutes. I've included my number, so surely you can see who answered my call. I expect an apology
