Pathetic BBEE Company
I still have not heard anything regarding my parcel from 20 July 2020.
How is this possible? Even after all the negative ratings Fedex Express recieves, they still continues with your pathetic service!!
Its just incredable that a company is allowed to handle other peoples property in the way Fedex Express does.
Luckily I lodged a complaint regarding this with The consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman: ***. People experiencing this nightmare should follow my lead and name the people they dealt with suck as Mehrun- Nisa & Melanie Goolam, Leigh Taylor and expecially Kagiso Mabiletsa.
