Pathetic
False promise made by consultant who called me yesterday , tracking indicates that item was taken again today to the incorrect delivery address, i was promised my item will be delivered this morning after my initial complain

04 Jan 2019, 17:52All i can say is that TNT is operated by a bunch of *****, after 2 complaints i was contacted by a senior manager yesterday who promised to ensure my item gets delivered today, she further promised to keep track and inform me as well regarding delivery of my item, should i be surprised that my item has not yet been delivered........ What a ******* courier company to deal with....

All i can say is that TNT is operated by a bunch of *****, after 2 complaints i was contacted by a senior manager yesterday who promised to ensure my item gets delivered today, she further promised to keep track and inform me as well regarding delivery of my item, should i be surprised that my item has not yet been delivered........ What a ******* courier company to deal with....
