Parcel will reach you quicker by sticking it in a bottle and throwing it in the ocean. Use DHL!!!
Absolutely pathetic. I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week to clear customs because they do not allocate payments correctly AND there is no way to contact Fedex, I was just on the line for 22 minutes without answer. The last time I phoned they said everything is fine and my parcel is cleared. I have sent 5 emails with proof of payment. Low and behold I get another asking for another payment.
