PARCEL STILL PENDING
Can someone please assist? I have a parcel that I’m expecting from Hong Kong it’s been pending since the 21st March and it still shows pending up to date. I logged a call two days ago with FedEx but no-one has given me any feedback from FedEx.
My supplier did confirm that the parcel was sent to South Africa but I’m not getting any updates on the system accept “pending “
