parcel still being held tracking number ***

<p>Its strange how they always say best service rendered, funny enough I'm still waiting for a parcel that I wasn't contacted about as to what seems to be holding it back. When I do contact the call centre they put me on hold for about 3-5minutes and then tell me that ANDREA TIMMS the person in charge of my parcel is either busy on a call or not available. I hope this platform is the best communication as I don't get to waste any airtime. </p>
