Parcel problem

I sent my Huawei p10. In for repairs.One day I got Facebook messenger message from person asking I must call him it is regarding an phone.When I calles he told me an Huawei p10 was delivered at his home in Upington and I am from Postmasburg.So i made contact with the courier company TNT and they scheduled to pick it up again from that person.Monday 22nd January 2018 late afternoon the person send photo of proof of the couriers that picked up the devices.Said it was Fedex people.Today is Friday 26 January 2018 and still did not receive devices.The Head of TNT couriers Allan Jarvis now tells me the package was not picked up after the whole week I was told that is was picked up and was with 3rd Party courier driver.And I made contact with person in Upington and he confirmed again that the devices was picked up from him Monday afternoon.
