Parcel not released
Morning, we have a parcel in customs sins the 2nd of Oktober, please note its a low value, Mariza told us 5-7 days its now 9days without any feedback, we need this dress on Thursday for a maternity shoot the dress cost R300 Can someone please give us details of whom to contact. Because with other shipping companies you definitly do not wait 9days for a parcel of R300 in customs.
