Parcel intransit for ever.
Parcel that was supposed to be received on Monday is still not in my hands.
I called and got Agent Lunga Khoza who promised to have my parcel delivered in Kyalami after we discovered that the parcel was going back to JHB instead of Mpumalanga.
This morning she sends me an email telling me that the truck is still in transit. How many hours does it take to drive from Mpumalanga to JHB. Clearly not more than 8 hours.
I need to collect the parcel where ever they are. I need the parcel ASAP. Can Management Call please. My life is being ruined here.
What mediocre is this.

Thank you for the review on Hello peter that was captured this morningWe do apologies for the inconvenience that we have caused you by miss routing this shipment to Middleburg instead of Witbank . This are the outcome of the investigation I have done : · The shipment was address correctly but we miss-routed it to the incorrect branch · They received the shipment on Saturday · The shipment was then forwarded back to Johannesburg on Monday night for us to re-route it to the correct branch for delivery · Johannesburg branch received it late yesterday . · Lunga did sent an email yesterday advising that the shipment is still in transit and it will arrive later yesterday . · This morning there was another email sent by Lunga advising that the it is out on delivery and delivery will take place this morning .
The shipment got delivered this morning @ 08h55 and Gloria signed for it .
