Parcel delayed, have to follow up everyday. Still NO delivery!
My delivery from Hong Kong was send 16 November, still stuck in Elandsfontein.. TNT promise me everyday they will deliver but nothing is happening. I don't know what to do, the first time calling them they were very quick telling me I had to pay them just over R2000 then they had a story about customs wanting documents then everyday I have to follow up and they just don't deliver. Please if anyone can help me please. My tracking number ***
Dealing with Vusi Makgatho Clearance Administrator and Khothatso
They giving me hope every time I speak to them and they just don't deliver..
