Packages not getting deliver or updated

<p>Tracking No's: ********** 13 & GE ********** 37WW</p> <p> </p> <p>Both these packages of us have been stuck at TNT for some reason. Last updates were the 30th Nov. When we call TNT we are asked to hold and 20 - 30mins goes by without anyone doing/saying something to us. EVERY TIME. We have no answers to this. We have paid the duties on it as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS SHOCKING FROM A LOGISTICS COMPANY WITH THIS BIG NAME.</p> <p> </p> <p>We expect these packages to be delivered ASAP as both of them have been originally shipped a few weeks ago. So much for the "Express" delivery and the money paid to get it delivered ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>TNT offers EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE and DELIVERY.</p> <p> </p> <p>We will continue to follow this complaint through all the social channels to ensure we get a response.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
