Package not delivered after 4 months

package not delivered since Jul: I shipped 2x packages from the US using Fedex. Shipped Monday , 13/07/2020 The the one package arrived Jul 22. But the other package has been stuck at Fedex since then. I have; - mailed Fedex 6x times. - used their live chat support 3x times to log the issue - used their support website 4x to log the issue - And sent mails to 4x different people over this period

No response, No delivery

The package status has been the same since Sept 21
