Package No . *** stuck in custom clearance for 4 days without any further details

This is basically the second time I am experiencing this delay in customs clearance. I send a Parcel via Skyparcel to the UK they used FedEx for the international delivery, sadly though it reached Birmingham on Tuesday the 2nd of November and it now four days it's sitting in the FedEx awaiting clearance , I conta cc Ted Skyparcel several times and fought with them about the parcel and they told me they literally was contacting them twice a day to make sure that package of mine gets delivered how long does it take to deliver a gift for a child it a small box with some soft toys and clothes for a baby. We are unable to visit the UK, instead we opted to send a gift and FedEx in Birmingham is hold on to the package because they too lazy to do their jobs. According to Skyparcel clearance details of commodity was given on Tuesday afternoon. My question is did they throw the parcel somewhere now and they can't find it . I am so annyoned and frustrated because everything is open in the UK so what is the delay. Please somebody help me deliver the package with Tracking no.*** To Northampton where my daughter stays. .
