Package kept!!!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH KELLY-ANN????????FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS BUT NOTHING!!!!
My package arrived in SA, first week of August but till today I haven't received it!!!! Different types of documents demanded from me but no progress!!! Everything is custom!!!custom!!! FedEx doesnt update clients on what's going on unless you contact them, even if you do - nothing comes out of it!! Time, energy and money wasted for their unreliability!!!! I'm sooooo exhausted and drained!!!!!
