Package Delivered but not Received

I changed the delivery address before my package arrived in S.A. The address was not changed at dispatch on the 23/10/23, sent and email same day to correct the address again on 23/10/23. The package was sent back to correct the address. On the morning of the 24/10/23 it says my package was delivered at the original address, and no one is home but was delivered, who received it I do not know. What make me even more angry is there is no contact center to speak to a real human, you always have a bot with zero help. My tracking number is ***, I want to know who my package was given too. My contact number is ***. If its lost, I paid insurance how do I claim?
