Package always in transit

FedEx service is the worst, my package from Loot arrived at Johannesburg on Monday 01/06/2020, the package has been moving around Johannesburg since then but to my surprise my package is now at ORION North West, I'm residing in Midrand.. How come my package passes Midrand and go to North West, how is this possible? My parcel is of high value and very fragile but FedEx don't care at all
