Package 3 weeks late
Absolutely terrible experience.
Changed my delivery Adress 24 Days ago and payed the penalty fee immediately.
Have not received my Package till this day. I have contacted the customer service department multiple times via phone & emails.
Promises were made that I will Recieve my package the in the next 2 days or next day each time I made a call.
The customer care support via Email did however ensured me that it will be sorted out.
I am very unhappy with the delivery service. Hopefully I Recieve my package soon.

After alot of phone calls, I managed to speak with a lovely lady that sorted it out for me today. They are specially send my package to me as we speak.
