Over charged with no explanation and ignored when I asked for a breakdown.
<p>I have been overcharged and cannot get a breakdown or explanation for why the costs are so exorbatant. Collin Cele and Minah Sibeko have been ignoring my request for clarification on the matter.</p> <p>I am disgusted in Fedex's service and will never be utilizing them again as they are holing my parcel hostage and demand an exorbatant amount to release it. When quering I cannot get a breakdown or explanation. I have subsiquently been ignored now.</p>
