Over charged international package
Hellopeter.
I order a karate gear and belt in Japan, and i was charged around R950.00 for shipment as soon as the package arrived in south africa FedEx Express charged me again around R1290.00 for my package to be delivered to me.
I believe and understand that i been over charged for a package that weigh less than 2kg. I been sending countless e-mail to FedEx Express to explain and give me a breakdown of the charges.
i been buying things from japan but i never been charged this much, please assist in getting back my money.
