Outstanding service received from Brandon Luke

Just want to thank Brandon Luke for all the time, effort, follow ups and kind assistance in obtaining my parcel. Brandon really took the time to rectify a billing issue on my incoming parcel and sent me follow up emails each day on the progress made on the delivery of my parcel. This really is such amazing customer service and most certainly one of a kind experience! Would love to have Brandon manage all my concerns going forward :-)
