Outstanding Service From Lee in George

I would like to give a BIG thumbs up to Lee from Fedex Couriers in George for her Outstanding after hours service... Going the extra mile & keeping in touch with me continuously while she found the outcome to my problem when my passport was delivered & signed for by another person in my complex as I was out. I did not receive an SMS or phone call from the driver regarding my parcel OR to say they had left it with another person whom I didnt know & who signed for it. I had tried to call the driver all day & their phone went to voice mail! Lee came to my rescue with such integrity & efficiency after I was by now panicking as I had a flight leaving 2 days later! Thank you Lee, businesses need more staff like you at the helm! You gave me such peace of mind :-)
