Outrageous billing from TNT couriers

I recently switched couriers from Toll group couriers to TNT couriers.<br> I ordered few items from an overseas supplier to the value of R562.19. I paid courier fees of R880.55 for TNT to bring my order to South Africa.<br> <br> Yesterday I was sent an invoice from TNT to make a further payment of R792.46 - R380 for admin and the remaining for taxes.<br> <br> That means I have spent a total of R1673.01 just for TNT couriers to bring me a parcel that is worth R562.19. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a courier service. I will NEVER use them again.<br> <br> I have been using other courier services for years and never experienced this issue!<br>
