Ordered package from Shein
Ordered package from Shein. FedEx was delivering today 15 December 2025 by 6pm. Had my housekeeper stay an extra 2 hours as we are away and they never arrived. You can not get hold of anyone at any FedEx as it is automatic service which is pathetic as you can not resolve the problem. Worst service I have ever received. You can not find a proper real person to help you. Package was marked urgent. It is worth almost R6000. The company is worse than ridiculous. Would never use them if it was my choice. Desperately looking for a real service person to help me and not the robot. Have to get this parcel to East London by Friday as I am in Cape Town. I am absolutely disgusted
