Extremely frustrating dealing with FedEx. BUT 5 stars to Lunga Kgosa who is in operations and managed to sort through the muddled-up admin outside of his department to get our account released and our goods cleared through customs. If it was not for dedicated staff like Lunga, I honestly don't know what I would have done. Thank you, Lunga
