Operations Clearance
To whom it may concern
My tracking number is ***
The item was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd December 2025 but every time I track the item I am told there is a Clearance Delay. I have tried numerously to contact the following people in the Operations Clearance departments: Rosa Phago and Shupu Rabodiba with no luck.
I am highly disappointed the service I am receiving
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
