one month later, no parcel from UK

I am beyond exasperated.<br> my parcel left UK on 13 January, via TNT Express...it should have been here within 3 days. it was a gift for my niece. 21 birthday in fact!<br> well today is 11 February.....still to clear customs....TNT Phone lines were down..no one could call out and I had been trying daily and emailing three times a day..NO REPLY. only when I got an area manager cell number did I get a reply email, apologizing that for a week Lebogang had not rep**** to my numerous emails......but she would personally chase this,get it cleared and keep me in the loop...well, guess what...not a word and still no parcel....GBP90 for 6 kgs couriered,......wdould have been quicker and easier and FAR CHEAPER with the post office...I expect a refund! and my parcel.<br> Lesley Darley Waddilove
