Once Bitten, Twice Shy!!!

FedEx once again disappointment second time around! 22/12/2015 I paid for a courier to delivery a small package from Port Elizabeth to East London and I was charged R490.22. I was told this was for an early delivery between 08h00-9h00 which I accepted as I desperately had to have the package delivered there as in yesterday. On the 23/12/2015 I'm told the package has not been delivered and it may only arrive EL in two hours or later. Why am I being charged so much only to be told bad news and I end up feeling like an idiot for giving FedEx yet another second chance after they disappointed me a few months back with an even worse situation where I paid for a package to be collected from Bloemfontein to be couriered to East London? I ended up driving the following day from East London to Bloemfontein to collect the documents myself personally otherwise I would have lost a lot out of my business. Had I known FedEx would do this to me again I could have simply filled up my vehicle with R490.22 worth of fuel and driven from PE to EL myself as it would have taken me only 2.5 hours to do so. I most definitely would never recommend FedEx to anyone who's running a serious business.
