Once again TNT is the most useless courier company around

We have an urgent shipment due from our supplier in China, but once again TNT has been absolutely, 100% useless. Our shipment was due to arrive on Wednesday (6 December) and is filled with water treatment products that are urgently required by our customers. I have phoned the customer service line 6 times in the last three days to follow up, but every customer service agent tells me that my parcel is at a different location. First, it was stuck in Dubai and they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered, then it was in Cape Town and would be delivered that same day, then it was at OR Tambo waiting to be cleared, then it had already been pre-cleared but was now stuck in Dubai again.

What kind of useless company are you? Why do we experience issues EVERYTIME that we ship with you???? Can somebody please get back to me to tell me what the hell is going on, where our shipment is and when we will be receiving it because at the moment, your useless, *********** company is giving us a bad name (AGAIN).
