OH MANNN, FEDEX, You really, really suck!

If i could give negative stars, i would give a -10. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOKSBURG BRANCH, COME NOW. WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FAST PASED AND ON THE BALL HERE IN THE CITY, BUT YOU (FEDEX SA) ARE SIMPLY JUST DROPPING THE BALL ALL OVER THE PLACE!! I would be embarrassed if I or my colleagues gave our customers this kind of service! I import from France at least twice a month and my orders are never on time!! I first have to fight my way through all different levels of authority figures,(who quite frankly, seem like they have no authority anyyyyway, it is simply just a designation on their signatures, no action to support those "Oh so very important" titles!!) to know what is going on with my shipment. Is there no Sense of responsibility in this company? Gosh, we can only hope that one day this company will be run and managed by competent and enthusiastic people. Oh and FYI, if you think you can just give them a call to sort things out!! HAH, think again, you are so mistaken!! 😅No one answerers their phones, not even "managers" or "team leaders".
