OCTAVIA IS A STAR SHE MUST BE CLONED

<p>this comany has terrible customer service. however the gracious Octavia came to the rescue and made our normally exhausting, unpleasant, irritating experience with your company, a pleasurable one. The rest of your staff that we have dealt with prior to her, is extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Octavia we are so sad we didnt take your details. If I could shout it out and tell everyone about you....I would gladly do that. Keep on being the calm, clear thinking and exceptional profesional that you are :-)</p>
