Obnoxious agent - Seroshay Kortje

Seroshay Kortje is an obnoxiously rude and *********** uneducated fool. Imagine getting a call from someone who, when you answer the phone, just says I am calling from Fedex and I need your ID number or Import Code. When you try to ask for verification before just randomly giving your ID number, she gets stroppy and screams over you; such a petulant little child! She did not even give me the reference number of the parcel she wanted my ID number for so I cannot track it or chat with anyone else about.

I am still waiting for her Manager: Sanjeev to call me back - I have left messages for him and there has been no response, so this may be a larger problem than just a single employee at Fedex
