Not recommendable - terrible experience

TNT Customer Service is simply horrible - I can just agree with all the other bad experiences on Hello Peter! . They put you through from one line to another and finally kick you out completely. One of the customer service employees was even shouting at me. This is absolutely unacceptable. They did not send the email customs duty as promised and I was delayed for customs. I still wait for the problem to be sorted but no one seems to be responsible. One hand blames the other and there is actually no service at all. Still wait for customs confirmation and delivery. I highly recommend DHL for international courier service although they are very expensive - at least you have hassle-free service..
