Not honest

Long story short, was surprised to find a package ready for delivery a day early. Contacted them to arrange delivery in the afternoon to assure that somebody was home to receive it. After several confirmations that the package will be delivered after 15:00 I still have not received the package at19:16. One chat agent even mentioned the driver is sorry and he is 30 min away. This is not acceptable service. If the package will not be delivered, be honest and tell me. Then I wont make plans and arrangements to receive the package. Really poor service
