Not contacted to advise on address

I am so shocked for such a big organisation they seem to be failing customers .<br> <br> I am expecting my goods to be delivered today to my surprise after doing my own check up and follow up , someone decide to not doing anything with my package due to not having our company name on my address .<br> <br> even when courier comes through we have no company name outside but just a logo and i assume i should have been called regarding the above .<br> <br> Had i not followed up i would have not known and you call this service .<br> <br> I need my package to be delivered nor later than today and i don't need excuses .<br> <br> I am only reachable on my work line during working hours
