Not able to contact FedEx
Its really shocking that an International Giant, fedex is not concerns about servicing its client base. I tried over two hours to get hold of Fedex Express, the call centre number they provide is always unavailable, if you lucky and get through the line is very bad and gets disconnected and you have to start the process again. This is not the first time this has happen to me, before COVID-19 i also experienced the same issue. I would suggest not using FedEx Express for your shipments, you wont be able to contact them to get your International shipment released from customs.
