None exiting when phoning
Tried to confirm package delivery and also trying to confirm if I'm not being ****med.as I received an SMS and send the person an email to confirm if i'm not being ****med. No responce from FedEx Phone Number Dailed ********** 00 nothing happens. It just rings then you get cut off every time.

14 Feb 2018, 14:36After a Tremendous struggle and searching the web I finally found their number. So I contacted Support desk whereby they where friendly and help full resolving my Query. Finding the phone number was frustrating. Website should update the contacts regularly. But are satisfied of getting hold of service desk.
