Non Existing TNT Express

I am so disgusted!! TNT Express is the worst company ever. The ETA of my delivery was initially 1 Jul 2021. Pre clearance started on 26 June 2021. Paid customs on 27 Jul 2021, after long delay. Due to technical issues at TNT, I had to pay another penalty on 3 Sep 2021 and Customs released by shipment. After 50 emails, 300 calls only 2 boxes of 6 were delivered today. The rest is still at ORT en partially delivered. What an "Express" disgrace !!!
