Non-existent Service

It has now been 4 emails, 14 calls with still no resolution.I Have a package coming in from overseas and to get an invoice out of TNT is impossible. The line to customer service is just ringing. The one time I got through to quote requests the agent told me they cannot delivery since I need to pay the invoice... What invoice?The one I have requested 100times. If you need a package delivered and it is urgent do not use TNT!!!
