Non-delivery of Parcel
I've had a very bad experience with this courier company. The delivery of my parcel got delayed and they promised to reschedule the delivery date. On the following day, when I checked the status of my parcel, it showed that my parcel was delivered and signed but I never received anything. When I called their offices, the lady that I spoke to was rude and did not assist in any way.
