Non collection by Fedex subcontractor

Fedex subcontracts collection in outlying areas and does not manage their service providers resulting in extremely poor service. Every time I organise a collection in Rustenburg they use Julipo Couriers who once again have failed to collect a package that was booked, rebooked and organised a third time with Fedex. There is no accountability from Fedex for this lack of service
