No VAT Invoice or Import Documentation
My dealings with Fedex in the last 2 months have been absolutely ATROCIOUS! I have been on hold for literally hours to try and get help, to no avail, and am now trying to get Import Documents and a VAT Invoice for a shipment already delivered so that I can pay them, and my supplier...... BWAH HA HA!! Dream on! Unfortunately all my overseas suppliers use Fedex, so I have no option but to receive shipments through Fedex. But I would strongly advise anyone looking to use Fedex, to rather use someone like DHL whose customer service is fantastic. If anyone from Fedex bothers reading these review,s please could you contact me re AWB***
