No update on parcel for 2 months!

My parcel arrived in South Africa on 20 June 2021. I paid all the customs fees, and supp**** supporting doucmentation on 22 June. To date there is no update on the parcel, Nobody had the call centre can give a valid update, always saying "need to escalate and will call back" - this never happened. I paid premium fees for air freight, only for it to be slower than the post office!!!! I demand a refund all fees!!!
