NO UPDATE FOR 2 WEEKS!!!

Can Neo Ramothata or anyone in Senior Management please provide me with the feedback he promised regarding my complaint. It's been 2 weeks with no update!!! For goodness sakes this is my 4th Fedex complaint in 2 months. Like who is running this circus?!
