No shipment after tax payment

I have an oversea package. Fedex as the designated shipping for the package that I was suppose to have on the 10th, they send a driver with the draft letter for tax and when I call them as to why I wasn't emailed the invoice, no answer. I subsquently paid the money after calls from my part, send proof or payment and yet to receive my package. I now know better than to choose this useless shipment company
