No Service from TNT

I flew in emergency goods from China with TNT it has been now 2 weeks and the goods are still not delivered overtime I phone them to follow up they are looking for new documents that was already send with the shipping instructions. they have no idea what is going on in their own organization and I or my companies will never use them again.
