No Service, even from customer care, and never remember speaking to anyone. Get it in writing.

There is no service at all, no one does there job, and don't return messages. I have been told 2 times my consignment was cleared and they just turn around and deny ever talking to me, from Paul Stuurman all the way to Customer care "Lee". every time they have not spoken to me. I cant seem to get higher then Lee, as they block me from going to her boss, I wish I could get hold of Fedex America but they just redirect me back to South Africa to Lee. Never use them, There is no service and there is no action line, this is the absolute worst service ever, I paid $655 and it would have been faster shipping it then using them, it is the worst ever... ever.... ever
